What is the difference between a converted van and a van?

What is the difference between a converted van and a van?

Ready to go on a road trip with family or friends? All that remains is to choose your travel companion. At Evasia, the van rental company, you can choose between one or the other of these leisure minivans.

What differences?

Rental of a converted van

The converted van measures less than 6 meters long and almost 2.60m high (1). Remaining more manageable than a classic camper, you will find on board all the comfort of a classic camper: A bed for 4 people, a space around which 4 people can settle, a kitchenette area with a hob gas cooking area and a sink, a refrigerator with its conservator and finally a toilet/shower room. Consult our prices online for renting a converted van.

Renting a converted van

We have chosen to compose our rental van fleet with an iconic model: the Westfalia Kepler 5 Volkswagen. Both leisure minivans and everyday vehicles, the van can accommodate up to 4 people for all your weekends or road trips. Other models like the Panama and the Bürstner Copa are available.

The van is shorter than the converted van but also lower: not exceeding 2 meters, it fits everywhere, like a car. Maneuverable, also powerful, its comfort is not left except that it will be more basic because it is not equipped with a cabinet/shower. Do not hesitate to consult the prices for renting a converted van
