In the event of a breakdown in France or abroad, take advantage of our remote diagnostic and troubleshooting assistance (by telephone) with technicians. You can also make an appointment with the nearest after-sales service. This service is included in the rental and is provided by Star Mobil Services.

For any changes to the duration of your rental, contact us by telephone at +33 969 393 209 (non-premium rate call) or by e-mail: contact@evasia.com. The extension of your rental will be done upon acceptance by our Customer service and subject to availability of the campervan.
