  • Can I go abroad with the vehicle I rented?

    You can travel throughout France but also in Europe with your rental motorhome. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts about your destination, we will study your request.

  • What to do in case of breakdown ?

    In the event of a breakdown in France or abroad, take advantage of our remote diagnostic and troubleshooting assistance (by telephone) with technicians. You can also make an appointment with the nearest after-sales service. This service is included in the rental and is provided by Star Mobil Services.

  • Can I change the duration of my contract during my rental?

    For any changes to the duration of your rental, contact us by telephone at 0 969 393 209 (non-premium rate call) or by e-mail: contact@evasia.com. The extension of your rental will be done upon acceptance by our Customer service and subject to availability of the campervan.
