  • What time should I return my vehicle?

    If you have chosen a day option, you must return the vehicle on the agreed date before 4 p.m. In the case of a weekly option, the vehicle must be returned on the agreed date before 4 p.m. as well. You will be charged a late penalty if you exceed the time limit for returning your motorhome. You are also no longer covered by our insurance beyond the rental period indicated on the contract: by returning your motorhome after the scheduled time, you are driving without insurance.

  • Do I have to return the motorhome with a full tank of fuel?

    When you leave, your motorhome is given to you with a full tank of fuel; it must be returned with the same level. On your return, if the fuel level is lower than at departure, you will be charged a fuel surcharge.

  • Do I have to wash my motorhome before returning it?

    You will be asked to return the campervan in the same condition in which it was given to you when you left. EVASIA also offers you a cleaning package in case you do not want or are not able to carry it out yourself.

  • Is it possible to return my campervan outside opening hours?

    It is not possible to return the vehicle outside opening hours. With a one-day formula, you must return the vehicle on the agreed date before 4 p.m. With a weekly formula, you must return the vehicle on the agreed Friday, before 4 p.m.

  • Do I have to carry out an inventory when returning the motorhome?

    When you return, go to your agency reception. A member of our staff will accompany you to carry out an inventory of your motorhome.
