Deposit and Cancellation

The campervan deposit is 2,500 euros (or 750 euros with the tranquility option) and is used to cover additional rental costs:

• Restoration costs + administration fees
• Fuel supplement
• Additional km
• Additional rental days
• Cleaning fees

Under no circumstances is a vehicle rented without a security deposit.

The security deposit is made by credit card in the name of the tenant. This is a pre-authorization, the amount of which is not debited from your account. We advise you to contact your banking organization to increase the spending limit authorized on your card).

To cancel your motorhome rental you must contact us either by telephone at 0 969 393 209 (non-premium rate call) or by e-mail: contact@evasia.com.

If you wish to cancel your reservation before your departure, you will be charged a cancellation fee on the cost of the trip:

• 30% for more than 30 days before departure
• 40% from 29 to 21 days before departure
• 60% from 20 to 15 days before departure
• 100% 14 days or less before departure

You can take out our cancellation insurance which amounts to €7 per rental day and which covers you up to the amounts you have paid until the day of departure and under certain conditions.

To be validated, this option must mention the complete list of occupants of the motorhome and the entire price of the Cancellation Option must be paid. You can find all the terms and conditions in our General Terms and Conditions.

There is no reason for reimbursement for any rental shorter than the duration provided for in the reservation, in the event of a delay in picking up the vehicle, in the event of failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled start time of the rental, or in the event of cancellation made after the rental departure day.

• The card's banking limit is not affected and money is not debited.
